All of us at Mutual Boiler Re are committed to the communities we call home. Whether it’s volunteering at a soup kitchen or delivering produce to a food bank, we take great pride in giving back. We’re also proud of our Matching Gift Program in which we match the donations of our employees to those charitable organizations they care about most.
Our Latest Community Efforts
Down on the Farm
As part of our work with local food banks, our employees regularly volunteer at a different farm every year. The activities range from watering and weeding to helping out with the harvesting or planting. Through this sustainable year-round growing program, the food bank is able to provide fresh produce to those in need even through the winter months.
A Hot Meal
Our employees also volunteer their time and services to a regional food pantry and soup kitchen. In addition to helping prep and serve meals, they organize regular food drives to help keep the pantry shelves well stocked.
Finding the Heart in Humanity
Another local organization our employees lend a hand to is an open admission animal shelter. Responsibilities include landscaping, administrative assistance and food pantry support. They also spend time with dogs and cats to help socialize them as they wait to find their forever homes.
